The great pasta fields and pasta orchards of Italy may not always be around--better learn how to make your very own from scratch! With just a few simple ingredients, the proper tools, tips and a little practice you'll be an expert at "al dente" in no time. What could be more Italian fun than our red, white, and green menu?

  • Homemade Pasta Dough
  • Shrimp Scampi over Hand Cut Linguini
  • Smoked Chicken & Spinach Ravioli w/Creamy Tomato Sauce

What to expect & what skills will be Covered?    

The star of this show is PASTA! In this techniques class each student will learn how to make fresh pasta dough from scratch, use a pasta machine to roll and cut pasta. Fill and cut pasta for ravioli. How to use a stovetop smoker and make two pasta sauces. By the end of this class you will know what it takes to make pasta from scratch!

When will we Eat? 

It takes time to make a great meal and in general it will take 2 to 2.5 hours for the food to be served. 

Can we bring something to Drink? 

Absolutely, our classes are BYOB!
