Doughs and Donuts

Are you like us—do you knead it every day? If you love getting your hands into doughs and donuts...this class is for you! We’ll cover our counters in flour (so you don’t have to cover yours) while learning to make three delicious favorites completely from scratch: pizza dough, pie dough, and donut batter.

        Dounuts Chocolate and Vanilla Cake Donuts

 What to expect & what skills will be Covered?     

The star of this show is Doughs and Batters! In this techniques class each student will learn how to make pizza and pie dough, and donut batter from scratch! Learn how roll out pizza and pie dough. Shape batter for donuts. Top pizza dough, fill pie dough and make chocolate and vanilla icing for donuts.

When will we Eat?

It takes time to make a great meal and in general it will take 2 to 2.5 hours for the food to be served.

Can we bring something to Drink?

Absolutely, our classes are BYOB!

What's your cancellation Policy?

Cancellations must be made by calling us at 773-293-3190. Those who provide cancellation for a class one week (seven days) in advance will receive a full refund or store credit to apply the class cost to a future class. If you must cancel fewer than 7 days before the class, you will receive a store credit, less a $50 cancellation fee per ticket. This policy allows us to cover business operational costs and provide the best service possible for all customers.
