We're bummed that we missed this year's Jazz Fest in New Orleans, so we've decided to bring the food and music of New Orleans to Chicago! Join us to find out what Cajun and Creole cooking have in common and just what it is that sets them apart. One thing is for sure: while these dishes are fine examples of regional American cooking we think you'll agree they are some of our national treasures.
