If all you've ever wanted was a vacation from your own kitchen and the usual daily fare then this class is for you! No lost luggage or teenagers running amok (unless you'd like to bring them) just a chance to add a few new tasty words to your gastro vocabulary as your stomach strolls through five scenic European towns. By the end of class you'll be able to declare how to make these dishes from scratch, where to find specialty ingredients and that you have some new favorite recipes.
What's on the Menu?
- Seville: Grilled Shrimp and Vegetable Gazpacho
- Palermo: Sicilian Pan Pizza with Pepperoni, Sausage, Mozzarella and Parmesan
- Belgium: Belgium Waffles
- Athens: Grilled Rosemary Chicken with Lemon Butter Sauce
- London: Salted Carmel Tart with Chocolate Ganache
What to Expect?
The class begins with some prep work followed by our chef leading the group through the recipes while leaving a little room for some laughs and socializing along the way.
What skills will be Covered?
Grilling skills, working with herbs, making a caramel sauce, making waffles, making and shaping pizza dough, making a ganache.
When will we Eat?
It takes time to make a great meal and in general it will take 2 to 2.5 hours for the food to be served.
Can we bring something to Drink?
Absolutely, our classes are BYOB!

What's your cancellation Policy?
