It's not just for sipping and crying into! Bring a friend and don't forget to bring something to drink--we'll provide the whiskey--it's going into the food!  Cooking with this manna from heaven rewards us with sublime and rich flavors ordinarily found only in the priciest dining rooms. Mark Twain once said "Too much of anything is bad, but too much good whiskey is barely enough."  We couldn't agree more!

What's on the Menu?  

  • Whiskey-Cheese Fondue with Pretzel Bites
  • Spinach Salad with Warm Bourbon-Bacon Vinaigrette
  • Whiskey-Glazed Smoked Chicken
  • Smashed Red Potatoes with Whiskey Glazed Bacon
  • Blackberry Bourbon Cobbler with Vanilla Ice Cream

What to Expect?  

The class begins with some prep work followed by our chef leading the group through the recipes while leaving a little room for some laughs and socializing along the way.

What skills will be Covered?   

Cooking with alcohol, making a fondue, making and shaping dough for pretzle bites, using a smoker, glazing bacon, smashing potatoes, cutting vegetables, cooking in cast iron.

When will we Eat?  

It takes time to make a great meal and in general it will take 2 to 2.5 hours for the food to be served.  

Can we bring something to Drink?  

Absolutely, our classes are BYOB!

What's your Cancellation Policy? 

Cancellations must be made by calling us at 773-293-3190. Those who provide cancellation for a class one week (seven days) in advance will receive a full refund or store credit to apply the class cost to a future class. No refund or store credit can be given less than seven days in advance.
