While Paris may be known for its Michelin-starred temples of gastronomy, it’s the regional dishes from the diverse provinces of France that are the true treasures! We’ll visit the gem of the southeastern coast on the Mediterranean for today's meal. Provence is known for its lazy ways, sun-drenched produce and intensely flavored food.

What to Expect: You'll enjoy working with your classmates to improve your knife skills and learn to make a classic french sauce, select and prepare chicken and learn to properly poach an egg to add something special to a salad. We'll also focus on caramelizing and braising to create some French favorites that will make you a hit with your friends and family when you recreate this meal at home.

Cancellations must be made by phone by calling 773-293-3190. Those who provide cancellation for a class one week (seven days) in advance will receive a full refund or store credit to apply the class cost to a future class. No refund or store credit can be given less than seven days in advance. Our classes are BYOB - no corkage fee!
