Here's some of the best of what Italy has to offer--we can't sing her praises LOUDLY enough! We'll play with flour, eggs and oil to make several pasta dishes, from scratch. Learn the perfect technique for cutting pasta plus filling and cooking ravioli. A couple of sauces later and we won't be able to wipe the grins from our faces.

What's on the Menu? 

  • Homemade Semolina Pasta Dough
  • Spinach and Cheese Tortelleni with Alfredo Sauce
  • Chicken and Asiago Ravioli with Tomato Sauce
  • Lemon Pasta with Roasted Shrimp
  • Zuchinni Pasta

What to Expect? 

In this techniques class you'll learn how to make, cut, shape, fill, and cook pasta dough. Work with spaghetti, tortelleni and ravioli. How to make a alfredo sauce and a simple tomato sauce, and work with a spirlaizer for a gluten free pasta.

When will we Eat? 

It takes time to make a great meal and in general it will take 2 to 2.5 hours for the food to be served. 

Can we bring something to Drink? 

Absolutely, our classes are BYOB!
