Here's some of the best of what Italy has to offer--we can't sing her praises LOUDLY enough! We'll play with flour, eggs and oil to make several pasta dishes, from scratch. Learn the perfect technique for cutting pasta plus filling and cooking ravioli. A couple of sauces later and we won't be able to wipe the grins from our faces.

What's on the Menu? 

  • Spaghetti Cacio e Pepe
  • Pappardelle with Lamb Ragu
  • Kale and Asiago Agnolotti with Pancetta
  • Spiralized Zuchinni with Tomato Sauce 

What to Expect? 

In this techniques class you'll learn how to make, cut, shape, fill, and cook pasta dough. Work with spaghetti, Pappardelle, and Agnolotti (a filled pasta). How to make a ragu, simple tomato sauce, and work with a spirlaizer for a gluten free pasta.

When will we Eat? 

It takes time to make a great meal and in general it will take 2 to 2.5 hours for the food to be served. 

Can we bring something to Drink? 

Absolutely, our classes are BYOB!

Cancellations must be made by calling us at 773-293-3190. Those who provide cancellation for a class one week (seven days) in advance will receive a full refund or store credit to apply the class cost to a future class. No refund or store credit can be given less than seven days in advance.
