The ultimate one dish wonder -- PAELLA! This dish is great for a crowd or an intimate dinner party. This class will go beyond paella to include some great recipes that can make your next dinner the perfect Mediterranean meal.
What to Expect: In this technique based class participants will become familiar with Mediterranean ingredients. You will learn how to prepare pizza dough and caramelize onions. We will discuss the proper technique for making a successful paella. This class will also cover how to select, chop and cook artichokes and peppers.

Cancellations must be made by phone by calling 773-293-3190. Those who provide cancellation for a class one week (seven days) in advance will receive a full refund or store credit to apply the class cost to a future class.
