The chill is finally evaporating and we're craving clean, fresh flavors to wake us from our winter slumber. Quit your hibernating and join the living as we fry artichokes, give Italian flavor to chicken, roast asparagus and grill zucchini. Finally we'll put a twist on a classic spring dessert.
What to Expect: In this techniques class you'll learn how to properly select, prepare and grill or roast vegetables. We will discuss how to easliy prepare, marinate and cook your favorite protein. We'll also cover some baking skills as we measure, mix and whip our way to a classic dessert.

Those who provide cancellation for a class one week (seven days) in advance will receive a full refund or store credit to apply the class cost to a future class.
