We're popping the cork tonight and we're not going to hide it! Cooking with sparkling wine rewards us with sublime and rich flavors ordinarily found only in the priciest dining rooms. We can't wait to teach you how to give your home cooking that extra touch of sophistication. Let's eat bubbly--it's in the food!

What's on the Menu?    

  • Pea and Prosciutto Salad with Arugula
  • 3 Cheese Flatbread (Blue Cheese, Mozzarella and Parmesan) with Fresh Basil
  • Seared Scallops with Champagne-Vanilla Butter Sauce over Linguini
  • Chocolate Pudding Cake with Vanilla Ice Cream

What to Expect?    

Friday night is "Date Night" at The Wooden Spoon. These classes are a hybrid of our techniques classes and party format. The class begins with some prep work followed by our chef leading the group through the recipes while leaving a little room for some laughs and socializing along the way. Get ready for a great time in our cozy kitchen!

What skills will be Covered?   

Making a shaping pizza dough, working with scallops, making a sauce, working with chocolate.

When will we Eat?  

It takes time to make a great meal and in general it will take 2 to 2.5 hours for the food to be served.    

Can we bring something to Drink?    

Absolutely, our classes are BYOB!

Cancellations must be made by calling us at 773-293-3190. Those who provide cancellation for a class one week (seven days) in advance will receive a full refund or store credit to apply the class cost to a future class. No refund or store credit can be given less than seven days in advance.
