Indulge in the sweet and savory that is Chicago- without bumping elbows with the left-handed ‘Omelette Guy’ sitting next to you.

What to Expect: In this techniques class you'll learn how to make some of your favorite breakfast foods, learn about selecting and preparing shellfish, working with tomatillos, and making pancake batter. And, what everyone came for - how to cook the perfect egg!!
